NPI is excited to announce that a special night of food, storytelling, and fish will be happening Saturday, October 11, 2025! All of our friends and supporters are welcome to attend this special fish fry in support of the Nancy Martin Memorial Scholarship Endowment. The Halibut and catfish dinner is free of charge, but diners are encouraged to generously support the Martin Fund. In addition, attendees will have the opportunity to purchase 1.5-2lb portions of frozen, wild-caught Alaskan Halibut in support of the scholarship fund. The catfish and halibut are both made possible by a generous donation from Tom Knaub, a good friend of Bob Martin. 

This event will be held at the beautiful River Exchange venue in Wrightsville, PA overlooking the Susquehanna, starting at 4pm. We will also feature Tom Knaub sharing his experience fishing for halibut in Alaska with his grandson, as well as a talk by Karen Gish about her mother Nancy’s exemplary service in Nazareth leading the School of Nursing many years ago.
